Elizabeth has lived, studied and taught yoga around the world. She teaches in The Kaivalya Yoga Method, a style in both the Ashtanga and Jivamukti lineages that emphasizes intelligent sequencing, precise hands-on adjustments, yoga philosophy, humor and heart. She is also a certified prenatal yoga instructor. Elizabeth leads international yoga retreats for The Travel Yogi and currently teaches at Form Yoga, Oh Baby! Fitness and the Mandarin Oriental hotel and spa.
She has written about wellness, yoga and lifestyle for Happiness & Wellbeing, MindBodyGreen, Mantra Yoga + Health, Tathaastu, Om Yoga & Lifestyle, The Huffington Post and more. Elizabeth currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia - and continues to search for the Sanskrit equivalent of “y’all”. She is honored to rep and support Splits59, Michi, Blooming Lotus Jewelry and MyInsens.
Elizabeth grew up in a culture connected to the sun, moon, and water. It was important for a kid living next to the ocean to understand the moon cycles and their effects on the tides and the life on the island. As she grew she became more and more aware of the effects the moon has on her internal being and spiritual Self, not just her external environment. She began practicing yoga and helping others with natural healing methods and hasn't looked back. Elizabeth currently lives and works in New York City and actively spreads wellness to all of those around her.

Alexandria Hall, 200-hour RYT, Is an Inspirational Yoga Teacher who received her training in our nation’s capital at Flow Yoga Center. She took her first Yoga class as an elective in college and found it to be very grounding. She is at heart somewhat of a gypsy, flowing through lots of change. Yoga helped her find grounding and peace through out her journey. After years of practicing and working in Miami, NYC and Boston in the corporate world she left everything in 2013 to follow her passion of teaching yoga in hopes to inspire her students to live courageously. With each practice, Alexandria wants her students to feel calm and grounded, to give them a practice that creates space for them to heal within, and to connect to their divine self. She uses her voice in hopes of soothing some souls through centering, allowing each student to begin practice more present then when first entering. She stays true to her Vinyassa roots by creating sequences with soulful sounds that range from Otis Redding to Krishna Das. Allowing each student to find a moment of peace and clarity. She encourages her students to flow at their own pace reminding them that this time is for them. The most important aspect of yoga that Alexandria wants to share with her students is the concept that "The time spent on the mat is about you, not me as a teacher or your beautiful yogi partner next to you, it's about leaving everything outside and trusting something greater brought you to the mat and allowing yourself space to discover that. I hope to share a piece of my soul with my students, soften their hearts a little bit, to give them the space to feel non-judged, allowing them to be their authentic self. Inspiring them to build confidence in trusting that they have everything they need within themselves already"-Alexandria Hall

CTG Yoga is the brainchild of Caitlin Gottschalk. CTG stands for "Cait the Great"--a childhood nickname that became a metaphor for the pure potential that each of us hold within. It was the seed that inspired a lifestyle mindfulness, greatness and grace.
CTG Yoga offers limited-batch dry goods made from sustainable sources. Our "bread and butter" are our Security Blankets which are meditation sweaters made from recycled afghans. They are sourced sustainably, designed mindfully, and produced locally. We give a portion of our profits from the sale of our Security Blankets back to fuel our do-good initiative, "The Mindfulness Movement" which brings classes on meditation, yoga, creative expression and art to underserved youth in Minnesota. Whether it is physically or spiritually, CTG aims to empower and inspire from the inside out to help create a more mindful, and graceful you. Live Greatly. Live Gracefully. Create the grace.
It was love at first Uttanasana. After her first yoga class Kathleen knew the practice would transform her life forever. Without a doubt, yoga has set her heart on fire and it is this passion that she wants to share with the world.
Kathleen took her first yoga teacher training in 2010 on the mystical Lago Atitlan in Guatemala focusing on Vinyasa, Sadhana, and Shamanic studies. She then found Anusara and completed another 300 hours with Marc St. Pierre and BJ Galvan. Her practice and teaching are ever evolving and her curiosity and joie de vivre inspire others to live their own lives in joy and authenticity.
Kathleen is a certified AcroYoga teacher, blending the tradition of yoga with the playful practice of acrobatics and the therapeutics of Thai Massage. She also continues her studies with Sianna Sherman and Ashley Turner as an assistant for the Urban Priestess Mystery School—a journey of deep inner work, personal growth, and ancient wisdom. She weaves all of these teachings into her life and classes, inviting her students to become the Alchemists of their own souls. Her classes offer healing alignment, playfulness, and cultivation of a fearless heart. Kathleen’s goal is to guide her students to a place of freedom in their bodies, minds, and hearts. It is with immense gratitude that she shares this most transformational practice.
